My WeChat account, Lenny 的增长笔记, has turned one. With AI helping organize and publish content, it has slowly reached 915 followers. A small reflection on consistency, modest returns, and an enjoyable project outside work.
Two missed calls and a dozen chat mentions reminded me that being willing to help does not mean being on call 24/7. Time outside work deserves respect, too.
